How does it work?

• Register for a Yamaha Music ID at here
• Obtain the promotional code. You will also receive a verification email with a link to get the promotional code.
• Hand in or send the keyboard* you would like to trade in for the Genos2, together with the promotional code (please let us know via email info@digitalpiano.com before sending it)
• We will send you a discount code to use, when placing the order on the webshop

*We need to physically have the keyboard you trade in + have the promotional code from you, before we can send you a discount code.

Anything else you need to know?

You can either physically hand in your current keyboard, or you can send it to our Warehouse. It's possible to hand in the keyboard in the Showroom in Copenhagen and Aarhus. If you send your keyboard, it needs to be send to our Warehouse in Aarhus. The address is:
